GUIDELINES

  • Full-size (8’ or larger) display must be approved in advance
  • Signed application and payment is required to reserve space
  • Move-out prior to scheduled time will incur a $500 penalty
  • Exhibit services (i.e. Freeman, GES, etc.) are not provided

Non-Solicitation Policy

To preserve the professional integrity of the ASPS Annual Conference and protect the investment of our valued exhibitors and sponsors, solicitation and sales activities are strictly limited to registered and paid exhibitors within their assigned exhibit spaces.

Sales or promotional activities—including distribution of marketing materials, product demonstrations, or business solicitation—are not permitted by any individuals or organizations who are not officially contracted exhibitors. This policy applies to:

  • Registered physician attendees engaging in sales or business promotion on the exhibit floor.
  • Sponsors or companies registered as attendees attempting to market, demonstrate, or sell products or services to attendees or exhibitors without securing an exhibit booth.
  • Any unauthorized distribution of materials in common areas, educational sessions, or other conference spaces.

ASPS reserves the right to take appropriate action against violators of this policy, which may include removal from the event without refund, loss of future attendance privileges, and other measures deemed necessary to maintain a fair and compliant environment.
