GUIDELINES

• Full-size (8’ or larger) display must be approved in advance
• Signed application required to reserve space
• Payment must be received prior to move-in
• Move-out prior to scheduled time will incur a $500 penalty
• Exhibit services (i.e. Freeman, GES, etc.) not provided
